Profiles not loading properly on a TS

When a roaming profile loads on a Compaq DL 360 Gen2 dual proc., some of the current user settings are lost resulting in applications not working properly. We have tried using msconfig to stop all services and the services are not the culprit. Theapplications on the server are Office XP and Ghostfill. The problem started after Office was installed. It got worse after Ghostfill was installed. Any suggestions? Thanks.
