Profiles on Windows 2000 Professional

Wondering if anyone can help….?
I have a LAN consisting of an NT 4.0 Server and Windows 2000 Pro. workstations…
I have Proxy 2.0 loaded on this NT server, that of which I am accessing the internet with…Now with this said my question is …When I go to setup my internet browser (IE5.5sp2) I have to comply with going through a proxy server. So me being the administrator, have set this up fine…the problem comes about when one of my end users goes to login the settings I have configured for the proxy and IE are not saved. How can I make these settings stick…no matter who logs in ?
Any advice would be appreciated…
