Can anybody help. In NT$ a user creates a profile, the profile is working fine, then when the user reboots their profile is lost and a new profile is made. In their profiles list the profile recreates as Username.bak. Can anybody state why this happens and how rectify it? I have tried renaming the file and also recreating numerous new ones both on their c drive and the server. Can anybody help? Thank you
