Program keys on disc recovery

I recently crashed the 3rd (yes 3!) hard drive and finally found a recovery utility software to be able to retrieve programs, etc. I have lost so many files! I want to recovery and reinstall my Adobe Suite that i downloaded and have no clue what i can need to save from the OLD drive to accomplish this. Any suggestions or information is greatly appreciated!
