After repair from a crash I planned not to recover a whole (Norton Ghost) Image, but a.o. selected programs. It appeared not possible to obtain a functioning program in several cases (probably due to the lack of some specific link or activation key, or so ?). Such contrary to the case that a (Norton System Works) CleanSweep program spare copy is set back. Still got no response from Symantec concerning.
Does any of the members knows reasons or whether other software (e.g. True Image, etc) yields better perspectives concerning?
