Programming Jobs are going away

In my experience, this not true. We are being called different names but good programmers
are still in demand. You have to be prepared
to always be in learning mode and stay on top of the latest trends in your field. However, if you are prepared to do this there are ample opportunities. In a way I think the chaff is just being culled.
