I am a largely untechnical manager, recently appointed manager of a web team. Skill levels within the team are not high. I need to develop a system of consistent project planning briefs.
These will need to be used in the team and also with external contractors and companies. The briefs need to allow me to break projects into chunks and assign the chunks across the team as appropriate. They also need to outline expected outcomes and project functionality.
Can anyone give me advice on methods, styles or formats that would help me do this please?
