Does anyone know of an IT industry source that tracks/keeps stastics on the Project Schedule overruns that are caused by the failure to adequately anticipate and monitor risk contingencies?
I teach project management courses and and have a formula for estimating potential schedule impacts but I would like to find a quotable source to tie the discussions to during the course of the class.
