I’m wondering if people have any recommendations for web based project tracking systems. We’d like to have something that is web based that has some of the following functions:
Calendar
Knowledge Base
Document Repository
Work Requests
StagingServer (link)
Admin
Contact Manager
Search (the system)
Email (link to web based email)
Reports
Projects and Tasks
Plus I’m sure I’ve missed some other important areas.
What I’m looking for is maybe something you are using. What are you using? We are a web design and development firm, and the need to share project information between ourselves is vital. But extending it to be a system that our clients can log into with limited access is also engaging.

From the screenshots, I really like what I see here. But they don’t have a version available for other people yet.

This is a great application, but it is expensive.
