I own a pc with XP Pro and multiple hard drives, recently window sdeveloped serious problems and so i formatted the drive with windows on it, only to discover that the large parts of one of the other HDs was encryoted and i am now unable to access the files, i have tried a few recovery programs, and was wondering if anyone could help
