proliant ml330 server won’t boot

I bought this server at a gov auction and the HD had been removed but otherwise everything else was in place. I just want to use it as a spare computer. Anyway, after exiting the bios setup, the server would not boot to any device; floppy, cdrom, or hard drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
