Prompt for Password???

Is there any way to set up a folder on a Win2K server so that when you try to access it it will consistently ask for a user name and password? I would like all users to log on to the network as a common user, but certain users to be able to access private folders on the server via providing a password “on demand”….)Clients are a combo of XPP Win2K Pro, and Win98….
