Propogating IP’s to other Servers

I wonder If some one could help me on how to propogate the new host IP address to the other root DNS Servers, We have recently Installed a New DNS server, and has added zones and Hosts, as our websers so as to register our webservers on the Internet. If I use our own DNS it is resolving the names perfectly, but if I use other Internet DNS Server It cannot, Please advise on how to propogate our DNS data to other Internet DNS Servers.
