protecting network from obsene emails

the network does not have a fire wall or proxy. just a router. How can i protect my users from recieving 20 x-rated emails on a daily basis. We do run exchange 5.5. Since the e-mails come from diffrent places it will be hard to block them at the explorer. Any advice will be appreciated.
