Providing IT training

By CloudedYoda ·
If you want to provide training on a particular technology, can you create your own tutorials for it? It is a technology based on open standards and I'd like to provide a service for companies who are interested to re-skill their staff, or for the staffs who are interested to re-skill themselves!

Are there any legal liabilities?

It is a small business as you can see, any valid advice specific to this kind of service?

Legal Advice

I would advise you ask an attorney with expertise in this area. To the best of my knowledge and in America, you can write a "how-to" book on damned near any subject, as long as you aren't publishing trade secrets.
