Proview Monitor installation

I have a Proview FC 765M monitor, mocel # sm-768 from EMC multisystems. My computer crashed, and in putting it back together, I cannot find the install disk for the monitor. I have tried searching for it, but, being more into the artwork side of things, I am unsure of what to look for. I could use some input on exactly what to look for and where, as well as exactly what steps I shouls take when I get it. (how to install it)
