    I can not Ping outside world behind MS Proxy Server from proxy client(W9x).
    *I can not use IE to access to Internet, but Netscape Navigator can.

      On IE did you fillup the information for proxy under Tools, Internet Options, Connections, Lan Settings?
      That will do it everytime!

      Make sure you are not restricting access via NT Challenge response. Alos make sure you have the proxy servers name or IP address in the proxy settings for the browser
