Proxy 2.0 on WIN2000

By jpitts ·
Socks and Winsock services fail to start occasionally, other times everything works great! Any comments as to why these services fail to start?

If you have already upgraded to Windows 2000 and have retained your Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 installation, follow these steps:

When running the Upgrade Wizard you will be given only the option to do a fresh install although you already have a Proxy server installed, select this option and proceed with setup.
