proxy client 2.0 setup on win2Kpro

we are upgrading our workstations from win98 boxes to win2kpro boxes and when i go to run the proxy client setup from the I386 dir. it tells me to run setup from the original share point. and that the end of that so what i’ve done is run the 9x setup and the proxy works but now the computers will not shutdown all the way. my question is way can’t i run the I386 setup? I’ve tryed reinstalling the client set part of proxy but it din’t seem to help.
