Proxy Password

Hello,

I have a Microsoft Proxy Server 1.0. If some accesses my proxy from Outside of company and the proxy does not present a dialog box asking for user name and a password then what does this mean?

How can I make the proxy to present this authentication dialog box?

Maybe something is wrong with the permissions that users (possibly everyone group) are granted to use the proxy.

Any ideas?
