Proxy Services Stop Running

How do I stop Proxy Service from stopping for no reason
NT SBS 4.5 ( I know it is and old OS but none the less the co will not upgrade yet)
SP 6a
Proxy 2, with SP1
Virtual Memory is well beefed up as well
No errors appear in Event Viewer
The services keep stopping at least once a day
Just staring them up again is sufficient, but an inconvenience
