Hi
I have recently came up with a new problem in my network that is quite strange.
Basically i have a network of around 20 win XP clients that connects to the server running win server 2003.
All users have romaing profile on their accounts.
Now recetly i discovered that when they use Ms. Outlook, and then restart their computer, their information are being lost and outlook requires a pst file !!!
I tried creating new user and did the test. Here is the result
1 – New user created in DC and configured Ms. Outlook.
2 – logged off and logged in and the data is present in outlook.
3 – restared the computer and the data was present.
4 – turned off the computer, and on and the data was lost. In fact as i said it required the pst file which was missing.
Just to put you in the picture, i have set my server -> computer setting -> system -> user profile, to delete cache copy of roaming profiles from the computers.
The folder redirect is set to redirect Application data to a folder in my server.
Can someone help please.
Thanks
