PST files…

Hello there,

We run our own Exchange servers, we are having an issue with users PST files. We have 1 exchange server with 800 – 900 users, we only give 20M of email space to all users except for the higher ups… So our users use PST files to keep certain important files.

Problem, users fill up the PST fils so that they are huge 800M for a couple, it looks like the PST files need to stay local to the pc “Security” because they become fragmented when being accessed from across a network or WAN link says Microsoft. I cannot see our orginazition being the only site with this problem. Anyone have any good ideas how to deal with this?
