.pst recovery

Hi there

Someone logged onto a desktop using another user’s windows domain username and password. This person did however not create the relevant user account on the machine first. (Is that interactive?)

Then he opened Outlook 2007 and configured an Exchange 2003 mailbox using the wizard. After all the mail folders updated, he created a new .PST file and dragged and dropped everything into that.

After he logged out of that desktop, the pst is nowhere to be found. Figures.

Is there any way in which to recover this .pst or is there a copy of the user’s profile that I can look into?
