pxe booting without dns and active directory

i have been working on a requirement.The requirement is as follows. pxe booting sud be done in a domain less environment without active directory, from a client pc(not pxe enabled).The client pc sud boot over the network and take the image file present in the master pc. we have a dhcp server[win2003server](for providing the ip address) with a tftp server .sud the tftp be placed in dhcp or sud the tftp be placed in master pc with trhe image required for booting the clinet pc.wat are the configurations required for this requirement.
how sud the dhcp be configured for tftp and pxe as there is no dns present .?????
