[Q] Android CMID 7" 2.1 Tablet suck in loop - Help Plse?

By cab ·
After downloading the Barnes and Noble ebook application I now have 3 continous errors "The process android. Process. Acore. Has stopped unexpectedly" "The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly" and ""access b.bn.ereader has stopped unexpectedly" - I have powered off numerous times, tried the factory reset and run the battery down. I cannot access any of the other commands as the error messages are overriding the system. I found this video on youtube which shows exactly the same problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coemf05FSzw
Any help will be greatly appreciated:-)

You probably want to contact the B&N app vendor.

I've had little luck finding out who C-MID is, but their support should also be able to help, as Android is rather customized by manufacturers.

Hope someone can straighten you out. But one would imagine a factory reset would kill everything in the device which is not part of the factory install (all apps and data you have collected), so you may also have a problem with factory reset working as expected.

Your question is in the Discussions forum.

Try reposting this in the 'Q&A' forum. The 'Discussion' forum is for matters of general discussion, not specific problems in search of a solution. The 'Water Cooler' is for non-technical discussions. You can submit a question to 'Q&A' here:

There are TR members who specifically seek out problems in need of a solution. Although there is some overlap between the forums, you'll find more of those members in 'Q&A' than in 'Discussions' or 'Water Cooler'.

Be sure to use the voting buttons to provide your feedback. Voting a '+' does not necessarily mean that a given response contained the complete solution to your problem, but that it served to guide you toward it. This is intended to serve as an aid to those who may in the future have a problem similar to yours. If they have a ready source of reference available, perhaps won't need to repeat questions previously asked and answered. If a post did contain the solution to your problem, you can also close the question by marking the helpful post as "The Answer".
