QLA2100 FC HBA – can’t boot Windows XP.

by mirobg . Updated 22 years, 10 months ago

Im using QLA2100 FC HBA under Windows 2000 Pro – its awesome to have 10,000 rpm 1Gbps drive!
Unfortunatly Windows XP can’t boot – setup finishing with error 7B – unknown hardware. When i boot XP from other drive – IDE or SCSI, XP recognize and workwith QLA2100, but i want to use it for more than just fast storage. Qlogic wont supply drivers for XP, and i quess im stuck with W2k. Looking for driver or suggestion. thank you.
