      To get a suggestion, you need to specify a few things. what is your budget; what types of products or services do you plan to use; do you know if you want an Apple or Windows computer; where are you since not all computers are available worldwide for all users?

      Until you specify more about your wants/needs the community needs far more information to be able tos assist and your question will remain unanswered until then.
