      Only if.

Only if you backed such up somewhere. There are claims that some data recovery apps can do this but in years I’ve never seen such work.

-> I have to ask, if it’s important, shouldn’t there be a backup copy?

PS. Because of the usual spammers, let’s make this a link free discussion.

There’s a common reason why it doesn’t work in all cases.

My view is “most cases” fail. Lots of reasons why.

          1. To get the data recovery app to run you install it.
          – That’s a bad thing since you risk over writing data.
          2. Sometimes you have no choice.
          3. OK, it’s installed and you try.
          4. Sometimes you get something back like photos that were not over written but you want something specific and the chances to slim to none.

-> If you pay for this, get a money back guarantee. No data recovery company will give such assurances.

Again, if it’s important data we can’t lose, it’s on backups. Yes, that’s PLURAL.

      restore data

Restore from a Google Drive backup
In order to successfully restore a Google Drive backup, you need to use the same phone number and Google account used to create the backup.

      To restore your backup:

      Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp.
Open WhatsApp and verify your number.
When prompted, tap RESTORE to restore your chats and media from Google Drive.
After the restoration process is complete, tap NEXT. Your chats will be displayed once initialization is complete.
WhatsApp will begin restoring your media files after your chats are restored.
If you install WhatsApp without any prior backups from Google Drive, WhatsApp will automatically restore from your local backup file.

      Restore from a local backup
If you want to use a local backup, you’ll need to transfer the files to the new phone using a computer, file explorer or SD Card.

      Note:

Your phone will store up to the last seven days worth of local backup files.
Local backups will be automatically created every day at 2:00 AM and saved as a file in your phone.
If your data isn’t stored in the /sdcard/WhatsApp/ folder, you might see “internal storage” or “main storage” folders.

It appears you missed where there was no backup.

It’s a common problem. What you wrote at length about won’t help here.
