    Question on Event IDs

    Hello everyone,
    When I look at one my Domain Controllers’ Event viewer, I see a lot of Security Event IDs(680) and the user is: nt authority\system

    Anybody know what are those event IDs and why the user is nt authority\system???

      sorry, i missed what os and sp?
      here are the places i look up event ids:
      the first three are free to use, the last one costs small amount and worth it.
      Clicking Link shown in event description via Event Log Viewer
      Windows Help
      support.microsoft.com
      http://www.eventid.net
      you’ll always need:
      eventid, source, description
