question on Ms - Access

i have develop a simple inventory system using Ms - Access for keeping track of all staff bought, when was it bought, who use it, when was it assigned to him, .....

how can i make it easier for me to extract user information from the table and once i select one user come with all his information from the table concern?

and how can i add a log on passwords for different users who want to use it?

also how can i make it shared throughout the network and user can lod on with username n password of his own and add required data?

show all a user's stuff

In a main form show the user information, e.g. name, office number. In a continuous subform show the stuff details, e.g. broomstick bought in May 2006. To connect the user to the stuff use the user number from the user table and the user number from the stuff table - the subform wizard will ask you for this.
