Questions to Ask - Dot Com Jobs

By arm0110 ·
I know I've seen it somewhere - a list of questions or things you should look into before accepting a dot com job. Have any of you seen such a list anywhere?

Starter questions

by generalist In reply to Questions to Ask - Dot Co ...

You might be able to cobble up a list of starter questions based on the basics of venture capital and investing.

One thing to ask about is the business plan. If they don't have a good one, then steer clear of them.

Another thing is to ask about the management team. If the team is a mix of well tempered experience and youthful enthusiasm, then it might be a good one. If it isn't...

A third thing to ask about is where they are in the financing side of things. Terms like angels, bridge financing, buyouts and the like should be part of their vocabulary.

Try the '' site for background on entrepreneurs and venture capital. I've attended some of their events and have learned a lot about the field of venture capital. Some of it even dealt with dot coms like ''.
