Can one run DOS-based programs, like Microsoft Quick Basic Extended, on Windows Vista Home Premium O/S?

That sofware requires a DOS environment to be able to run. Vista is based on the NTFS file system. If you have access to a DOS based install disk set you can create an environment that will run DOS Virtually and you will be able to use your software.
