I have two invalid generic shout cut icon on the quick launch bar in Win XP. I can not delete or move them due to “cyclic redundancy error”. Their presence slows the computer to a crawl so I disabled the Quick launch bar. How do I get rid of these short cut icons. (They used to be Publisher and PowerPoint).
