My Quick Launch toolbar and any other toolbars I want to set does not stay locked. It will stay locked during a session but once I shutdown or reboot quick launch is unlocked and the address bar is no longer showing. I have to reset everything each time I boot up. I can’t seem to find any fixes for this problem.
