Quick printer question

Problem here. Using a Sharp ar205 and 207 multifunction printers. Want to reinstall on new print server. No disks. downloaded drivers but when adding a tcpip port it wont find these 2 printers. Currently on a tcpip port on old print server. All other printer work fine on new print server???????
