I am using windows XP home version and now I’m trying to get my old camera quickcam from connectix but it won’t work at all it tells me that i’m using a grayscale cam when it’s actually a colour one, I have 512mb of ram using pentium 4, 1.5 ghz e-machine with 32 mb of ram GeForce video card, and when installing the software for the QuickCam Showcase CD it won’t let me access the colour version. How can I go about getting this camera going ?????? Please Help me.
