QuickTime install problem in XP

When trying to reinstall QuickTime Plug-in so I can use it on Netscape 7.1 It states “instructions at “0x77f83905” referenced at memory “0x0600000000″ The memory could not be written” What dose that mean? and What can I do to fix it?
