I’m having trouble deciding between Qwest and Worldcom for Frame Relay services. Prices are equal, but Qwest includes an online resource for monitoring the nodes and creating tickets. Otherwise, they’re about the same. Do you have any input aboutthe quality of Customer Service, reliability, installations, etc. that I may not be aware of? Thank you.
