i have ga-7n400 pro2-board. its a raid board with ide3/ide4(raid/ata 133). actually i have one 160gb plus one cd-rw. i want to add one more optical drive. since i have my board outside the case it is easy connecting temporarly a backup drive to the secondary channel. can i also use ide3 or ide4?
for photographic use(large files) i would like to add a second drive only for swap.
since i have only that additional drive at the moment i would like to try-out that swap-solution with 512 mb ram only. i will add 1gb later.
