I am trying to raise the functional level of the Windows 2000 domain. I have one Domain controller that is a 2000 machine. It was the original PDC. Later I added a Windows 2003 server running active directory for replication. I had to run adprep to join the 2000 domain.
Trouble is I want to dump the 2000 serve & Raise the functional level to Windows 2003. I tried it with the 2000 machine off, but I can’t do this to the 2003 server because it is dependent on the 2000 server.
