RAM Bus Speeds

Hi all,

My motherboard has a 133 MHZ RAM bus. I recently put in a new 128 MB RAM module and ever scene then the systems performance has decreased. I then found that this module is at PC100 MHZ, would this inconsistency cause a system slowdown.
