Hello everyone,

I’ve encountered an unusual issue with a specific Windows software I’m trying to run, and I’m hoping someone in the community might have some insights.

Whenever I attempt to launch the software, I receive an error message that says, “DLL Not Found.” Unfortunately, the error message doesn’t specify which DLL is missing, making it quite challenging to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.

The combination of “random” and “specific” is strange.
Without knowing what the specific software is, it’s certainly impossible to say anything sensible.

If you used the install program provided by the maker of the software, it’s clear that it’s incomplete. Either it doesn’t contain the necessary dll, or it doesn’t check if it’s present on your system. And it gives a rather bad error message. Contact the maker for a solution.

If you didn’t use the official install program, do that and try again.
