We have a ISDN connection at the office. Trying to connect from home is a problem. You can hear that the number is dialled but we get an error message that says: Error 768 Remote computer did not answer. The RAS server is a NT4.0 server with RAS service installed. One port for incoming calls and one port for outgoing calls. Ras service started. Are there another setting on the server we should look at?
