My users are receiving an error msg when dialing in (Error 650). I have recently installed a new modem (on the HCL) reconfigured RAS and installed SVC pack 6a. I have already tried reinstalling RAS and then re-applying the svc pack. I’m still stuck. After reviewing Tech-Net I find that none of those solutions apply. Any suggestions?
