I am preparing to upgrade my home PCs from Win XP to Win7. I would like to know which direction to choose…should I purchase the Win7 Upgrade package or the full Win7 package? Does one have an advantage over the other? I am trying to save some money but if I have to purchase the full package I may have to rebudget.
