I got a user (A) reported a question as below:

(A) has automatic read receipts on all of the e-mails sending out, he gets read receipts from all users he sent emails to, however he never get any read receipt coming back from another user (B).
I did a test with (B) and there is no receipt feedback from him, either.
I checked the setting in user (B)’s Outlook, under Tools–Option-EMail Option-Tracking Option is set up fine. DID NOT SEE ANY OPTION TO DISABLE THE SENDINGOF READ RECEIPT.
