readonly files after copy

Dear Friends,

I had folders for my users in an NT 4.0 server. I had to copy them all to a member server running Win 2k server and then I built new folders regroup them in a more organized way. Then I go to user manager for domains and set profile to z: and put the adequate path to each user to reflect the new path. Now they have access to their files , however many of the files are open as read-only files in the Word , Excel, Power Point and they cannot save them even with other names. If Icheck if they are read-only in its properties they are ok.

What can I do?
