hello all.
i’ve just built a new pc for a mate. while attempting to install software i got the following error message:
Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed.
while i am still able to read the cd/view its contents, i am unable to run any .exe files. i’ve upgraded the firmware on the drive, triple checked the jumper settings.
system is WINXP updated with SP2 last night. SP2 made no difference.
after searching thru some forums i’ve found there are a fair few people that have experienced this prob but no one knows how to fix it!
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!
