Ever since I got this new SystemMax Venture PC from CompUSA (Pentium D 925, 2GB RAM), the darn thing takes FOREVER to boot up….it shuts down really fast, but it takes between 5 to 8 minutes to boot-up (it’s XP Professional SP2)…my old Dell popped right up when I hit the “go” button….other than this, it runs great…but, it’s like it’s running though a scandisc or something every time I turn it on…just a blank screen, then 5 minutes later, “BAM!”, I get the XP logon screen….anybody know what gives?
